Stability and structural integrity
Lateral stability can be provided by the module itself or by an external structure. Robustness is provided by the connection between the modules; the minimum bundling resistance is at least equal to half the load weight of the module (minimum value is 30 kN). The connection between the module and the module usually adopts the plate structure form of the field bolt connection.
Acoustic performance
The double-layered floor and ceiling, as well as the partition wall, achieve good air transmission and impact sound insulation. Reduce the sound in the air by more than 52 decibels (with low-frequency correction factor), which is 5 to 10 decibels lower than the sound required by Part e of the Building Regulations. The transmission of impact sound is also very low (< 30 dB).
