    The Melbourne Townhouses project by DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE, completed in 2020, is a remarkable cold formed metal framing development located in Melbourne, Australia. This project comprises nine units of three-story townhouses, each meticulously designed for convenience and privacy. Spanning a total area of 2387 square meters, these townhouses are notable for their elegant and appealing exterior design.
