Each townhouse in the Brisbane project spans three stories, with every unit featuring its own independent staircase, ensuring privacy for residents. The layout is as follows:
First Floor: The ground floor houses a spacious garage, providing ample space for easy parking. This level also includes a flexible living area that can be used for various purposes.
