Q1: Is the $200 quotation fee refundable if I decide not to proceed with your design service? A1: The $200 quotation fee is a one-time charge for our preliminary cost assessment, project consultation and scheme analysis service. It is non-refundable whether you proceed with the design cooperation or not.

Q2: Can I adjust or revise the design plan after paying the official design fee? A2: Yes. We include 3 free design revisions based on your original project requirements. Any major changes to layout, structure, building scope or design concept will be charged extra according to actual workload.

Q3: How soon can I receive a quotation after submitting my project information? A3: Once we receive your complete project information or selected house style, we will send you a preliminary estimated quote within 1 working day. A full official detailed quotation will be delivered in 4–5 working days.

Q4: Can I put forward special design requirements such as customized materials and special structural design? A4: Absolutely. You may tell your dedicated sales consultant all special needs at the initial consultation stage. Our professional design team will customize the layout, structure, material plan and adjust the quotation accordingly.

Q5: What payment methods are available for your design service fee? A5: We support mainstream international payments, including bank wire transfer, credit card payment and global online payment platforms. After cooperation confirmation, our consultant will provide you with official detailed payment instructions.

Q6: Do I need to provide extra documents if I choose your ready-made prefab house design templates? A6: No extra documents are required in general. If you need to adjust floor area, room layout, function partition or building materials, just inform our sales team of your specific demands, and we will optimize the template design for you.

Q7: What is the overall design cycle after I pay the design fee? A7: The design timeline depends on the complexity of your project and customized requirements. We will confirm and inform you of the exact design schedule before officially starting the design work.

Q8: In what format will you deliver the final design drawings? A8: We mainly provide electronic drawings in PDF and CAD formats for easy viewing, modification and construction use. Hard copy paper drawings are available upon request with extra printing and mailing fees.

Q9: Can my paid design fee be deducted from the construction cost if I later choose our construction & material supply service? A9: Yes. If you proceed to cooperate with DEEPBLUE SMARTHOUSE for subsequent building construction or whole-house material supply, the design fee you have paid can be fully deducted from the total project cost as our exclusive customer benefit.

Q10: What building standards do your design drawings follow? A10: All our design drawings strictly comply with mainstream international and local building codes and construction standards. Before design starts, we will provide you with a design parameter form to confirm all site, size and regional requirements.
